- Tracking of Maintenance Capital plan, spend & reconciliation
- Purchasing activities to support the Engineering team, including working with vendors, price negotiation and purchasing execution
- Provide tracking for regulatory compliance, notifications and documentation
- Support maintenance of the Engineering CMMS, including asset and inventory tracking
- Create and maintain Engineering KPIs, management dashboards & data tables
- Record & maintain minutes of Engineering meetings
- Support development of presentations for Engineering team (MS Power Point)
- Assist with department travel arrangements (as necessary)
- Other tasks as requested.
