Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. General office duties including the processing of orders received by fax, e-mail, computer, or phone.
Have knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Operate standard office equipment including a computer, fax machine, copy machine, and 9-key adding machine.
Have good phone skills and a pleasant personality. Be able to multi-task. Good basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
Previous Warehouse Clerical experience is preferred.
